Job Responsibilities

• Create weekly competitive reports, and ensure all digital advertising for or against our clients are accurately represented.

• Create trafficking docs that dictate which creative assets run on each line item of our media plans. 

• Write copy for paid and organic social media, as well as ad scripts.

• Put together documents for client review, including mockups of digital content.

• Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute content ideas.

• Keep up with digital creative trends, and provide input into the assets that we should produce for our clients depending on their targeting and objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a digital role, preferably in the political space.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a strict QA process, even when you are very busy.

• Excellent writer and ability to quickly write scripts for campaigns and organizations. 

• Experience managing many projects at once, including projects with fast-moving timelines with changing priorities.

• Desire to participate in creative brainstorms.

• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft products, including Sheets/Excel, Word/Docs and Powerpoint/Presentations.

• Thrives in a team environment and works well collaborating with others.

• Excels in a fast-paced environment and can handle multi-tasking several projects with tight timelines at once.

This position will be fully remote. Due to the nature of political work, there will be expected evening and weekend hours especially leading up to November 2026. This is a cycle position that will end on November 30, 2026, with the possibility of full time based on performance and need. The salary range for the position is between $65,000 and $75,000, commensurate with experience.
